March 15

This month is all a buzz at Wick Antiques. Charles keeps returning from far and wide travels with collections of the weird, wonderful and spectacular, some of which are extremely rare, and are to be exhibited at the Masterpiece Fair this June. With a now refurbished showroom and various adventurous photoshoots planned we are keeping busy… Wick Antiques is about to have a very different look, so watch this space.

Rock the deckchair: item of the month.
A steel and leather rocking chair (as seen in Harrods). c1850

We love this chair designed in the manner of R.W Winfield, with its strip steel curvature, it would be a cool and collected asset to any interior. Distressed supple Italian leather is buttoned to make a comfortable cushioning and is fastened similarly to a deck chair. Renovated and newly upholstered in our workshops, this is not one to miss out on.

Latest film, Charles tells us where antiques are headed.

Having previously supplied Harrods antiques department for 22 years, Charles Wallrock of Wick Antiques offers his expertise and professional knowledge to help you buy and sell your antiques.
