Best in Show! – March 2016

Tess showing the scale of the cannon

This year is the 125th anniversary of Cruft’s Dog Shows so here, at Wick Antiques, we
are holding our own version.

In the Toy and Utility Classes (for our purposes ‘Utility’ means a work of art with an additional use) we have a Victorian iron hound door stop, a charming shaggy dog ‘Black Forest’ stick stand and a Japanese chin dog (not to be confused with a Pekingese!)

In the Working and Pastoral Group we present a mountain rescue dog while the Gun Dogs section boasts two very different setters or retrievers, one in wood and the other in bronze.
