Battersea Decorative Fair 2016 – April 2016

16th April 2016

This is the first time we have participated in the Battersea Decorative Fair – do come and see us under our nautical banner of Anderson Wallrock on stand 105 As the title suggests we are taking fun, quirky and decorative items to suit every budget.

The warehouse and showrooms are a hive of activity as we unpack, re-upholster, photograph and label everything ready for a weekend ‘set up’ today (Saturday 16th April).

Unloading a 20 foot container from New York complete with a fully operational 9 foot long French Eureka Brevet 1937 pedal boat, ‘Miss Minnetonka’ and photographer Chris Challis apparently getting a ticking off from a 19th century Venetian walnut page boy.

Above Constantine shows us how to transform a pair of chairs (don’t be misled by their covers) including the revelation that what we learn from our first paint box is very useful yellow+blue=green!
