This month sees a large expansion in our antiques globe collection. Charles has been globally foraging to find some of the best on the market. Our selection is a diverse one, from an impressive 30″ library globe by Rand MaNally circa 1938, to a very dinky pair of 6 1/2″ table globes by Bale and Woodwod circa 1850. For the modernists we have a pair of contemporary bespoke 21″ library globes, handcrafted in our workshops on beautiful shagreen stands. The gores are copies of 18th Century Cary’s globes and applied to modern spheres. So whatever size or style you are looking for we can source them for you.
We will be exhibiting at the November Olympia Fair next week. From 3rd-9th of November we will be showing off an eclectic mix of paraphernalia and luxury antiques. If you would like tickets please contact us, and we look forward to seeing you there.
