‘Forces News’ features the crowd funding effort to buy William Beatty’s Medicine Cabinet.

3rd February 2021

Forces News features the crowd funding effort to buy William Beatty’s Medicine Cabinet. Surgeon William Beatty attended to Lord Nelson as he died at the Battle of Trafalgar, upon the HMS Victory. Royal Navy Medics have bought the cabinet through a crowd funding effort, after originally finding the historic piece on 2Covet.

Our very own Charlie is interviewed by ‘Forces News’ and explains the condition and history of the medicine cabinet, and most fascinatingly, how it would have been used.
