A Dutch marquetry mahogany stool, of rectangular form with two high, outswept ends, raised on four cabriole legs with claw feet, the end panels inlaid with a central vase of flowers flanked by acanthus leaves, the shaped seat rail and knees with further flowers and tendrils, re-upholstered in deep buttoned red fabric. Dutch, 1870.
