A French kingwood marquetery commode, the shaped rectangular top inlaid with tulipwood, harewood and boxwood marquetry comprising a flowerhead trellis flanked by floral panels and within reserved foliate scroll borders and cross banding, above two disguised long drawers, the front and sides with similar marquetry decoration, with an ormolu guilloche frieze and ring handles. Circa 1900.
