A French marble topped kingwood commode, of rectangular form, the original marble top above three frieze drawers and two full drawers disguised in a quarter veneered front panel with ormolu edging, the sides also quarter veneered, all on tapering stop fluted legs, decorated throughout with fine ormolu mounts. French, circa 1880.
