A H.M.S. Undaunted presentation souvenir for Captain Hugh Campbell RN, 1875, comprising part of a ladder post with a square section base and truncated cylindrical shaft capped with a rope-twist collar supporting a wooden ‘dummy’ cannon ball, with a brass plaque stating ‘Part of the companion ladder of H.M.S. “Undaunted” Commanded by Captn. Hugh Campbell, R.N. 1875.’
