These six-light candelabra depict the spoils of hunting and fishing. One shows a bronze huntsman with a horn slung at his back and a dog bounding along beside him. He carries an ormolu vase on his head from which six branches emerge bearing sconces. The vase is decorated with hunting dogs and wild boar, while the scrolling base is centred on a boar’s head. The other shows a bronze fisherman with a gilt net slung over his back, beneath which a boy is sheltering. His vase shows fish and lobsters and the base is centred on a gaping fishhead.
